Request for public information or inquiries: Any person has the right to request and receive public information from the Entity, orally or in writing, including electronically.
Petition or right of petition: is the right of any person to request or complain to ICA Medellin for reasons of general interest or particular interest to submit respectful requests for information and / or consultation and to obtain prompt resolution of the same.
Complaints: dissatisfaction with the conduct or action of the Entity’s employees performing a public service or due to deficiencies in the service provided.
Claims: dissatisfaction with the provision of a deficient service, delay, inattention or deficiency in the services provided by ICA Medellin.
Suggestions: recommendation or proposal from citizens and interested parties for the improvement of services, functions, goals and objectives of ICA Medellin.
Complaints: expose information that may be illicit, either by acts of corruption or conflict of interest
